Benefits of Apples and Apple Cider Vinegar

We watched an episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse where Minnie Mouse practice to be a pretend doctor so that she could get a badge. Fresh and sweet apple is always a part of his daily meals.

On the other hand, I’m about to buy raw apple cider vinegar. A friend of mine testifies how effective it is in helping her improve bowel irregularity thereby removing toxins from the body at a faster rate. All I need to do is:

  • Add a tablespoon of vinegar every day to a glass of water and drink it down.
  • Or.. combine 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, and a full glass of water. Take this tonic 3 times a day, 1/2 hour before meals.
  • Or… mix together 1 cup warm water, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, and 1 teaspoon honey. Drink immediately.
