These days we spent longer time on watching Korean movies and dramas. One thing I noticed is that most families even the well-to-dos sleep on floor. It’s not the concrete floor but wooden floor obviously treated with quick step eligna laminate flooring. It reminds me of my childhood where we children loved to sleep on our wooden floor. When we visit our grandparents, we slept on floor made from bamboos. During my parents’ last visit, my father prefer to sleep on our wooden floor rather than on the futon on our bed. Why? because futon gave him backache whereas wooden floor is therapeutic to his back.
Are there really benefits on sleeping on a floor?
