I love playing online about history. Lately I tried a quiz about "Mexico: A Taste of Culture" where I scored 7 out of 10 items. Not bad.

I dreamed of visiting Mexixo one day. Mexico is a beautiful and fascinating country. The culture, traditions, family values and hospitality are truly unique and I think I could easily adapt with their culture.

After taking the online fun quiz about Mexico, I read about the hottest current in the Mexico Real Estate Market. Foreigners can buy or invest in real estate in Mexico without any restriction, except in the coastal and border areas. There, foreign individuals and branches of foreign corporations can have 100% control of property through a real estate bank trust. Mexican corporations with foreign capital are allowed to buy directly if the property is to be used for profitable purposes. While here in Thailand, the easiest way to own real estate in Thailand is to purchase a condominium (in an approved condominium complex). The only restriction is that the percentage of units sold to foreigners cannot exceed 49% of the total number of units in the condominium block, and that the funds used to buy the condominium have been remitted from abroad.

I don't know yet when I could buy a condominium here in Thailand. Maybe in my dreams.
