When I first started blogging, I used blogger-it is the easiest to get into, and because it’s owned by the search engine giant Google. After few months, I learned from my other blogger friends who monetized their blog that it’s much better to use the WordPress blogging platform to gain more opportunities.

I’m curious, what’s with WordPress anyway?

One friend said that WordPress can be customized to enhance it in many different ways and a LOT of these enhancements will add to the social functionality, visitor stickiness or Search Engine Optimization (SEO). WordPress is an interactive website that’s search engine friendly, visitor friendly and it’s easy to add content to without having to think too much about SEO because it has been built in or added. A certain number of inbound links are auto-generated with each post by pinging blog directories and submission to RSS Feed aggregators.

My non-technie mind haven’t yet digested the above explanation especially about that “SEO” thing. That’s why I’m still stuck in here reading about ” what does San Antonio SEO Company do? “

Could anybody simplify and clarify the above things for me? Could anyone out there convince me that WordPress is the best blogging platform?
